The red poppy left at the headstone was from me. When I was little, Grandma Betty would always give me a red poppy, the ones that she passed out for the VFW's. Every time I see one of those, I always think of her.
Hello, This blog is a work in progress. I am trying to get as much info on our family history as I can on here. I want to give everyone in our family a chance to see and read about our ancestors. Please feel free to add comments to the posts. Maybe a story about someone or what ever you feel like. Enjoy.
This is a collection of photos and history of my grandparents, Frank & Marjorie Nelson and those related to them. (Frank's parents, Nels & Ethel Nelson. Marjorie's parents, James Wickersham & Frances Elizabeth "Betty" Blake (Wickersham) Goyen.)
